Waldhexe was the first born foal by Worldwide and snapped up by the Gydes before the filly was weaned.

Berny and Jutta congratulate Bill and Debbie for 'thinking in generations' with their breeding efforts. A perfect result seems to be on hand with their colt Lakoda.

Bill and Debbie entered Lakoda in two classes at the Canterbury All Breeds Foal Show (May 2009) for the experience. Koda placed second in both the Hack class (12 entries) and the Warmblood class (5 entries). He just missed out on reserve champion out of 14 foals.

"We absolutely cannot fault his behaviour. Many new experiences for him, an hour on the float each way, going into a stable and the covered arena, PA system and a crowd - as well as just on a hundred foals," they said.
