Waldhexe's full sister, Wandering Star (pictured below), was born 6-10-2000.

Waldhexe's owner, Debbie Gyde, of Whitby, who bought her in July 1999, is delighted with the filly.

She writes:

"Dear Berny, "As you can see Hexe is developing into a very classy filly and her personality remains very much the same as when we first saw her. She demands attention, always the first to arrive when we get to the paddock. "She is very bold in outlook, loves striding out when we take her places and shows no hesitation in anything we ask of her. Grooming, covers, floating ...... no worries. "We floated her to Battle Hill (a local reserve), on the weekend, by herself, where we walked the cross country course. No matter where you ask her to go, she follows, including going through the water jump, something that pleases Bill no end as he always wanted a bold event horse. "However, he  may be well out of luck with her as she remains my dressage prospect, even though I may never be the one to show her." Regards,  Debbie

Pictured at 12 days old. She is of very correct conformation and is endowed with three powerful swinging gaits matched by confidence and enviable temperament. In short ... she is a winner!

Wandering Star is a full sister to Waldhexe ... so much for colour consistency!. She belongs to Mandy Littlejohn, of Wanganui. Everybody in her circle thinks Wandering Star is the best filly ever born. She is extremely pretty in her head and has a most beautiful neck ... her whole body is in total balance.
